Last Duel to Stewart Park

Launch from Last Duel Park and enjoy a relaxing paddle along the beautiful Tay River. This scenic route is perfect for beginners while offering plenty to explore along the way.

Your first stop is the Crystal Palace, approximately 20–25 minutes from the launch. Along the way, you’ll paddle beneath three scenic bridges before arriving at the public docks. Located directly in front of the Crystal Palace is the town’s river fountain, a unique landmark and a great spot to pause for photos before exploring downtown Perth.

From the Crystal Palace, continue another 5–10 minutes beneath a fourth bridge to Stewart Park. Stewart Park features a large stone platform along the river that’s perfect for pulling your paddle board out of the water, a covered pavilion with multiple picnic tables, a playground, open green space, and beautiful views of the river and Perth’s iconic water tower.

Our 2.5-hour rental gives you plenty of time to paddle to Stewart Park, stop to enjoy a picnic, explore Crystal Palace or downtown Perth, relax, take photos, and comfortably paddle back to Last Duel Park at your own pace.
